At Tezapsidis Jewellery, every order is carefully prepared and dispatched to ensure your piece arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or for bespoke pieces, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if this applies to your order.

Packaging & Security
Each piece is shipped in our signature luxury gift box, wrapped in protective tissue, and sealed for your security. All orders are dispatched via tracked and insured courier services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Returns & Refunds
Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)
In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your delivery — no reason required. To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at info@tezapsidis-jewellery.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- We will confirm your return request within 2 business days and provide return instructions.
- Return the item in its original condition and packaging, unused and unaltered.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging.
- Custom-made, personalised, or engraved pieces are exempt from the right of return unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
